Hot setting glue is used for pressing paper foil, laminates, or veneer over Particle/ MDF / HDF
boards. At the heart of the press are Golden Anodized imported platens, which give optimum quality final products. Also specially designed free-floating cylinders ensure long life of platens. These cylinders are not bolted to the press table & offer operational safety, even when the press is incorrectly loaded.

Post Forming Machine
Post Forming is one of the main applications in furniture making. It gives unique look to the final product.
The Post Forming Machines are used to shape laminates according to the underlying surface. Electrically heated pressing beam helps further curing of semi-cooked laminates for jointless edges. The machine can also be used for paper foil and fleeced back veneer. A variety of edge shapes can be post formed using these machines. This machine is used mainly by furniture manufacturers for making household and office furniture.
