Design / building of sophisticated electric / electronic control systems with PLCs (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi) and SCADA interfacing; PLC logic programming, implementation, trouble shooting and debugging (including where required at customer sites); creating documentation for control systems; standardization and modularization projects.
 

Graduate Electrical / Electronic Engineers with 4-5 years relevant experience or Diploma Electrical / Electronic engineers with 6-7 relevant years experience including PLC logic programming / debugging / trouble shooting. Experience with design software, ideally E-Plan will be an added advantage.

Hands-on engineering designs of equipment / sub-assemblies relevant to the SBU leading to the development of Bill of Materials, GA and sourcing / manufacturing drawings; interfacing of hydraulics or pneumatics; standardization / modularization projects; value engineering / product enhancement projects.

Hands-on experience with Autocad is a must for all positions. Knowledge of 3D software (Solid Edge / Pro E / Solid Works) will be an added advantage.

Assisting design engineers in Development & Standardisation of Designs, Preparation of GA drawings, BOM and detailed part drawings as per GA drawings of machines & components. Making drawing entries in Mint Software.
 

The candidate should be ITI / NCTVT or Diploma in mechanical engineering with 2-4 years intensive experience on Autocad. Experience with 3D software (Solid Edge / Pro E / Solid Works) will be an added advantage.

The candidate will be responsible for developing vendors in & around Pune for machined components, fabrication of SS & MS. Procurement of special items such machined parts of capital equipment, bought out components or sub-assemblies He will be responsible for negotiating Commercial terms, delivery commitments and better terms of credit.
 

Engineering degree or diploma in mechanical / Production Engineers with 4-5 years experience in Purchase / Procurement and Vendoring function. The candidate must be good at Rate negotiation and finalisation of commercial terms.

Erection & Commissioning at sites at the time of installation of our products. Attending the service calls as & when allocated. Submitting the service report after completing the call. Enhancing business for spares. Getting orders from old customers.
 

Diploma in mechanical or electrical Engineering with 4-6 years experience in field service, erection & commissioning of electro-mechanical systems and automation.

Candidates applying for our Automation & Robotics SBU should ideally have prior experience in structure erection, machine alignments, basic electrical concepts and use of tools & tackles.

Candidates applying for Industrial Component Cleaning Systems SBU should have prior experience in industrial component cleaning systems / solution filtration systems / packaging systems / pre-treatment plants industry. Experience in pneumatics is important.

Candidates applying for our Lamination & Prelam Technologies SBU should have prior experience in the SPM building industry. Experience in using hydraulics or pneumatics fittings & equipments is important.

Achieve the daily production target as per the production plan. Shift planning. Allocation of work to the operators. Resolving workers issues, if any & maintaining good working environment on the Shop floor.
 

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineers with 4-5 years experience Assembly & Testing, fabrication (sheet metal and structural) both in heavy and medium fabrication. Experience in using hydraulics or pneumatics is important. Exposure to subcontracting work & in PPC will be advantageous.

Candidate will be responsible for all the automation activities for Material handling Automation & Robotics SBU. Provide effective, timely, cost efficient and easily maintainable solutions. High level of customer focus and quality in solutions delivered. Planning, scheduling, implementing, monitoring of all activities. Ensuring the execution of orders as per the deadlines, complying with safety norms on shopfloor. Enhancing productivity w.r.t. man, Material & machine.
 

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering with 8-10 years in Manufacturing, Assembly & Testing. Ability to handle PPC and deliver the required output with quality and on time from team of supervisors / workers / subcontractors is important . The position demands leadership abilities to make the workforce and the team of professionals.
